Sabrina Ghayour is an Iranian-born, self-taught chef, food writer, and cookbook author who became one of the most celebrated voices in Middle Eastern cooking. Born in Tehran in 1976, she moved to London with her mother and grandmother at the start of the Iranian revolution in 1979.
